Ground Beef 1 pound, 1, Diced, 3, minced, 1, diced, 14 oz, 15 oz drained and rinsed, I cup (8-10 oz), 1/2 cup, 2 Tbsps, 1 tsp, 1 tsp, To taste, 2-3 tbsp depending on tang you want, 1, To your liking, To your liking
Garlic cloves
Bell Pepper
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of kidney Beans
Orange juice
Black Box Cabernet Sauvignon
Chili powder
Salt / pepper
Zest of Orange
Juice of orange
Shredded Cheese


1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, orange juice, Black Box Cabernet, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
4. Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the orange zest and juice to the pot, stirring well to incorporate the flavors.
6. Continue simmering for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
7.Serve the chili hot, garnished with shredded cheese, a little extra orange zest and cilantro
