Winter spiced beef chili
"This indulgent beef chili gives you all of the aromas and tantalizing flavors you associate with winter time and the holiday season. It not only pairs well with Black Box Cabernet Sauvignon, but it also uses the wine in the recipe itself. The secret ingredient is semisweet dark chocolate, which enhances the beef and rich tomato flavors. When creating this recipe, I focused on all of the savory flavors I love to pair with dry red wine."

Directions
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on low with the lid on for six hours, then turned to high, remove the lid, and cook for an additional two hours. Serve with crusty bread, shredded cheese and Black Box Cabernet Sauvignon.
