1 can tomato juice
can tomato puree
2 cans pinto beans, drained
1 can diced tomatos
med chopped onion
diced celery
diced bell pepper
red wine
chili powder
cumin
garlic powder
salt
oregano

Directions

Brown the ground beef. Drain off the fat. Chop vegetables. Put all ingredients into a large pot. Cover the pot and let the chili simmer 90 min stirring occasionally.
