Vic’s Secret Weapon Bowl
"A no beans all meat chili containing my secret weapon of beer."

Tri Tip Beef | 3 lbs |
Directions
Brown sausage, set aside. Brown tri tip. In heavy dutch oven size pot place all meat and juices and all remaining ingredients, cover, bring to boil, lower heat, simmer 3 hours or until tri tip tender. Taste and adjust spices, salt. Probably simmer another hour or two, depending on your schedule.
serve with sour cream over rice or inside warm fresh flour tortillas
