Veggie Juice Chili

Chili beans (seasoned - medium, with juice) | |
Kidney beans with juice | |
Onions - diced | |
Green pepper - diced | |
Chili Powder | |
Cumin | |
Salt & Pepper | |
Vegetable oil |
Directions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or dutch oven. Brown the diced onions and peppers until softened (approx. 5 minutes). Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook covered for 90 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, crackers, or your favorite topping!
