Frozen Veggie Mix 16ox, 32oz, 8oz ccan, 2 cups, 1/2 cup
Tomato Juice
Black Beans
Cooked Brown Rice
Cheese Sauce

Directions

Add frozen veggie mix, black beans, brown rice to tomato juice. Season to taste. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 45 min. Add cheese sauce to top off your bowl.
