Truffle Steak Chili
"My family loves steak! So we decided to take chili to another level by adding chunks of well seasoned steak. The succulent taste of truffles on the steak and in the chili sauce has an extraordinary flavor. This chili pairs excellently with Black Box Cabernet Sauvignon Premium Wine."

Directions
- Cook steak medium high with 1 teaspoon each of Kinder seasonings.
- In a Blender, blend onion, jalapeno, garlic, steak drippings, beef stock, tomato paste, diced tomato, paprika, 2 tsp garlic truffle seasoning, and celery salt until fully combined (no chunks).
- Cook ground beef with 3 teaspoons of the garlic truffle seasoning, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, and 1 tsp of Lawry’s Seasoned Salt.
- Drain Ground beef
- Add blended base, steak, and ground beef to crockpot.
- Simmer in crockpot for 40 minutes on low.
- Drain beans and add to crockpot.
- Add brown sugar and salt.
- Simmer on low for additional 2 hours or until done.
