"Hi y’all!! My chili recipe is vegetarian!! I add all different sorts of beans kidney northern black pinto. I also use lime juice and goat cheese which makes such a wonderful addition to my flavors! I’m beyond blessed that everyone always asks for my receipe and everyone is always so satisfied!! For more of a punch (if you like spice) I add green chile as well born and raised in Arizona chile is basically in my blood! Thanks for giving me an opportunity to do something with my chili ❤️"

6 ounces goat cheese

2 avocados

4 tablespoons lime juice

3 cups vegetable stock

3 cups canned tomatoes (with juice)

3 tablespoons coriander

3 tablespoons cumin

3 tablespoons paprika

50 cranks of pepper

Splash of salt

Throw everything except avocado and goat cheese in a crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6 add cheese and avocado once served ❤️
