Steak Chili
"This is an adaptation of a recipe I first experience from my mother in law. After several decades, I still don't liker her but I still love the chili! First time i tasted the chunks of beef in the chili… mind blown!
I have converted many ground beef-only chili lovers into steak chili lovers."
Ingredients

Directions
2 Ib steak cut into 1″ cubes.
Sautéed in 3 Tb olive oil with 1 onion and 1 pepper, diced.
Add 2 cans of kidney beans (don’t drain), 1 small can corn, and a large can of diced tomatoes.
Add 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, and 2-3 Tb chili powder to taste. Simmer 2 hours or longer. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar and crushed taco chips (optional).
