Spicy Black Bean Mango Chili
"This recipe was inspired by my boys who LOVE all things spicy and my own mom-mission to provide fresh, healthy, satisfying meals. The level of heat can be adjusted, but this recipe was a crowd-pleaser just the way it is!"

Directions
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan, then brown ground beef with onion. Rinse and drain before adding to chili mixture. In Dutch oven, combine all ingredients (except 1 cup diced mango and the cilantro) over medium heat for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and let chili simmer for at least an hour. Serve with fresh mango and cilantro as garnish.
