Smoky Chipotle BBQ Pork Chili

Dark red kidney beans 2 15.5 ounce cans drained, 1.25 ounces, 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp, 1 Tbsp, 2 Tbsp, 2 whole, 4 large, 10 ounces, 1.5 pounds, 1 14.5 ounce can, 8 ounces, 2 cups, 1/4 cup
Chili seasoning package
Chili powder
Smoked paprika
Fresh chopped garlic
Tomato paste
Chipotle peppers with adobo
Jalapeno peppers - save 2 Tbsp for garnish
Frozen butternut squash chopped
BBQ pork burnt ends - cut into bite sized pieces
Fire roasted chopped tomatoes
Sour cream- for garnish
Shredded cheese - for garnish
Fresh Cilantro leaves - for garnish


Place everything, except items for garnish, in a small 2.5 quart slow cooker. Stir it all together, place on lid & cook on low for 6 hours. Stir well, taste, then season with salt to taste. Serve in bowls & garnish with fresh chopped onion, jalapeño, shredded cheese, sour cream & cilantro
