Slow-Cooker Easy Chili
"I used this recipe to enter my first chili cook-off. It has cinnamon, so it's a bit savory and a bit sweet. Everyone asks me to make it."

Directions
- Add ground beef to large slow cooker/Crockpot. Use a spatula to break up the meat for easier cooking.
- Add Rotel, tomato sauce, diced onion, kidney beans, chili powder, cinnamon, garlic, paprika, cayenne, cumin, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and broth. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Once cooked, stir well.
- Serve immediately and top with shredded cheddar cheese, more diced onion, and sour cream, or serve in baked potatoes or over spaghetti.
