Directions
- Place shredded chicken breast into a bowl. Combine with salsa verde and set aside.
- In a large frying pan heat oil on medium high.
- Sauté onions and garlic with chili powder, cumin and oregano for 2-3 minutes.
- Add beans with liquid, drained baby corn and chicken broth.
- Add chicken mixed with salsa verde into the pan and cook until heated through.
- Serve with sour cream, red onions, cilantro and lime.
