Salmon Croquettes

"2 can of Pink Salmon drained , and you will need to cut up 1/2 onion cut fine, 1/3 of a bell pepper cut up fine, 1/2 cup of meal, and 2 egg! Next you will need to add a pinch salt, teaspoon of mustard and a small drop of lemon juice stir all these ingredients with a spoon or with cleaned hands! Make sure that the pan of vegetable oil is hot to put the salmon into the pan, however, you can roll the patties with your hand or use a spoon. # And, Thanks!"
