Red Rock Rattlesnake Chili
"40 years of refinement brings you the best dang chili you ever ate!
It doesn't require rattlesnakes, but if you got some, go for it!"
Ingredients

Beef, fine cubed, pork, fine cubed, snake if you got it | 3 lbs |
Directions
1)Dice large onion, yellow
Chop 12 lb bacon
Sauteed in large chili pot10 minutes
Add 3 lbs diced meat. Cook til browned
Add 1 can tomato sauce
Add 2 cans petite diced tomatoes
Now seasoning:
3 tbsp molasses
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 dash liquid smoke, for the campfire effect
As many diced hot peppers as you can stand, I like jalapenos, but others will do fine.
Simmer 2 hours, or until the 2nd football game starts
Serve with:
Extra diced peppers
Extra diced onion
Crumbles queso fresco (Mexican fresh cheese)
Sour cream to tame the heat!
And of course, lots of Black Box Cabernet!
