chili powder (mix in beef)

Directions

Ingredients (I do not measure)

      red kidney beans (cans) or you preference (black beans)

Seasonings: Season to Taste (not too HOT Spicy)

  • chili powder (mix in beef)
  • garlic powder
  • cumin
  • Sweet paprika
  • cayenne pepper
  • onion powder
  • oregano

Vegetables:
onion (1 medium), garlic (2 cloves)
(Note: brown before

Beef:
3 lbs (note some fat % in good) or more depending on crowd (great leftover)

Preparation:

Seasonings:

  • Mix Seasonings into the raw ground beef before cooking.
  • Rinse Red Kidney Beans before adding to remove excess salt and starches.

How to Cook Chili

  1. Brownthe beef, onions, garlic and some chili powder.
    (Note: brown onions and garlic before putting in the beef and chili powder)
  2. Drain
  3. SimmerAdd remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered.
