Pumpkin Empanadas

Pumpkin puree 1 Can, Tsp, 1/2 Cup, To taste, 20
Vanilla Extract
Brown Sugar
Powdered Sugar
Empanada shells


Set a pan to medium heat and add the pumpkin, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.

Stir for about 5 mins and remove from heat.

Once cool, stuff the empanada shells and press down on edges with a fork to seal.

Bake for 20 mins.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
