Pinnacle Slow-Cooker Chili

Directions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat and place beef in slow cooker. Add diced onions, bell peppers (red, orange, or yellow), and peeled and diced sweet potatoes. Add minced garlic and stir to mix. Add canned tomatoes (drained), malbec, and tomato sauce. Add chili powder, cumin, coriander, and smoked paprika, and stir. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 5 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve with diced green chilis on the side. Also great garnished with green onions, cheddar cheese, or sour cream.
