Pheasant Breasts 3, 3 cans, 4 cups, 1, 1, 2, 1/4 cup, 1/2 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon, 2 teaspoon, 1 can
White beans
low sodium chicken broth
yellow onion chopped
jalapeno pepper chopped
shallots chopped
cilantro chopped
ground cayenne pepper
dried oregano
ground cumin


Place the pheasant breasts in the slow cooker and top with 2 cans of beans (reserve the third can for later) and remaining chili ingredients.
Stir to combine and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
When finished cooking, remove the pheasant breasts and shred them, then add the shredded meat back to the chili.
Remove 1 cup of broth from the chili and place it in a blender with the remaining can of beans.
Add the shredded pheasant and bean slurry back to the chili and cook on high for 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
