Directions

In a large Dutch oven sauté onions and peppers until softened, add all the remaining ingredients except potatoes, cheese, and sour cream. Simmer at low heat for 2 hours. Stir periodically

Bake potatoes at 475 degrees for I hour, let cool cut in half and scoop out insides, add cheese. Right before serving place in 350-degree oven until cheese melts.

Serve chili with dollops of sour cream on top with cheesed potatoes.
