Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Chicken Bouillon

  1.  Cook ground chicken with jerk seasoning, adobo, chicken bouillon, and ground ginger.
  2. For chili base, blend together onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic, chicken stock, minced chilies, jerk sauce, mango habanero dressing, chili infused olive oil until fully combined (no chunks).
  3. Season chicken thighs with jerk seasoning, sriracha, and 1 tsp of adobo.
  4. Flash sear chicken thighs until slightly charred then cut into bite size pieces.
  5. Add chili base, chicken thighs, and ground chicken into a pot and cook until chicken thighs are fully cooked.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, add to crockpot.  Drain beans and add them to crockpot.  Let simmer on low for 2 1/2 hours or till done.
