Directions
- Cook ground chicken with jerk seasoning, adobo, chicken bouillon, and ground ginger.
- For chili base, blend together onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic, chicken stock, minced chilies, jerk sauce, mango habanero dressing, chili infused olive oil until fully combined (no chunks).
- Season chicken thighs with jerk seasoning, sriracha, and 1 tsp of adobo.
- Flash sear chicken thighs until slightly charred then cut into bite size pieces.
- Add chili base, chicken thighs, and ground chicken into a pot and cook until chicken thighs are fully cooked.
- Once chicken is cooked, add to crockpot. Drain beans and add them to crockpot. Let simmer on low for 2 1/2 hours or till done.
