Chuck roast
Chili powder
Cumin
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Ground black pepper
Salt
Diced tomatoes
Rotel
Tomato paste
Kidney beans
Bayleaf

Directions

Cut chuck roast into pieces add water and bay leaf and cook on medium heat for 2 hours.  Cook in a large stock pot.

In a sauce pan cook chili meat until pink is gone, drain. Add to the chuck roast after it has cooked for 2 hours. 

Add all spices.  Chili powder, cumin, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well 

Add diced tomatoes, rotel, tomato paste. Mix well and cook on medium for 45 minutes.

After the 45 minutes drain and add the kidney beans cook for 15 more minutes.
