Moms mild chili
"I created this chili recipe because I don’t like spicy foods nor do I like pj to or kidney beans. This is mold and hearty… I always have cornbread with it and top it with sour cream and avocado."

Chili seasoning packets, mild | |
Olive oil |
Directions
Heat olive oil in large Dutch oven and add chopped onion. Sauté 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef and cooked until browned and broken up well. Add seasoning packets and mix them in thoroughly. Add both cans of tomato sauce, broth, corn, and black beans. Stir and bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Serve with cornbread, sour cream, cheddar cheese, avocado, or corn chips.
