"mom's chili 1lb ground beef 1 onion chopped 1 can rotelli diced tomatoes w/ green chilis 1 can tomato soup 1 can bush's chili beans 1 can diced tomatoes w/ onions 1 can black beans, drained 3 tbsps chili powder 1 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp pepper cayene to taste, depending on how spicy you like it. cook the ground beef and half the chopped onion, drain. add all of the other ingredients and let simmer for 30 mins. serve by itself or over elbow macaroni, top w/ remaining onion and cheddar cheese."
