Meat’s Chili
"In a pan add olive oil and #1 ground venison. Add salt/pepper to taste and 1/2 a sliced onion. Cook until browned.
In a stock pot add 2 cans chili beans, 1 can black beans, 1 can red beans, 2 diced habaneros, one diced poblano chili (seeds from both of course), other half of the onion sliced, one can of hunts tomato sauce (large), one can hunts tomato paste.
Add venison ingredients to stock pot with water and CABERNET SAUVIGNON and let simmer for 1 hour and occasionally stirring."
