Ground Beef 4lbs, 1 medium chopped, 1 chopped, 1 or more chopped, 4Tbl chopped, 3 28oz cans, 2 15 oz cans, 2 cups, 6 cans drained any you like, 1/4 cup, 1/4 cup, 4 Tsp, 1 tsp, 2 Tsp, 1 Tsp, for Serving, for serving
Sweet Onion
Green Sweet Pepper
Jalapeno
Garlic
Canned Tomatoes
Tomato Sauce
Water
Beans
Chili Powder
Paprika Smoked
Cumin
Oregano

Directions

Brown Ground Beef in large pot or dutch oven..add Onion, peppers and garlic.  Cook until onion is soft.  Add canned tomatoes and tomato sauce, crushing tomatoes with back of spoon.  Stir and cook 10 minutes.  Add the 2 cups of water and the 6 cans of beans drained.  Combine all dry seasoning and add to chili.  Allow to cook several hours.  Serve topped with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.  Can adjust heat by adding another Jalapeno in cooking process
