Groud beef 3 lbs, 1 can, drained, 3 cans, 1 large can, 1 can (do not drain), 1 large can, 1, 3, 2 cans, 1 bunch, To taste, 3 Tbsp, 1 Tbsp, 1 lime
Black beans
Kidney beans (light and/or dark)
Diced tomatoes
Diced tomatoes with chilies (Rotel)
Tomato sauce
Onion, finely chopped
Garlic, minced
Corn
Cilantro, chopped
Salt & pepper
Cumin
Smoked paprika
Lime, juice

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain. Sauté onions & garlic til fragrant. Combine all ingredients in crock pot for at least 4 – 6 hours on low. 

Top with sour cream, cheese, avocado & cilantro.
