1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 grated carrot, 1 jar salsa, 1 can kidney beans, 6 cups beef broth, 1 can diced tomatoes, 2 tbsp chilli powder See above


Chop onions and green peppers. 
brown the meat and add in the chopped veggies. Season with chilli powder. Add in the beef broth. Add in the carrot. Turn heat to low. Stir in diced tomatoes and salsa. Serve with rice, and various toppings of choice. Cheese, avocado, green onions, sour cream.
