Ground Beef 1 lb, 1/2, 1 Tablespoon, 15 oz, 15 oz, 15 oz, 15 oz can, 3 Tablespoons, 1 Tablespoon, 3 Tablespoons, 2 Teaspoons, 2 Teaspoons, 1/2 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon, 1 Cup, As much as you want, Topping
Medium Yellow onion (Finely diced)
Minced Garlic
Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)
Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
Tomato Sauce
Diced Tomatoes
Tomato Paste
Maple Syrup
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Ground Cumin
Smoked Paprika
Ground Pepper
Beef Broth

  1. First, heat a large stockpot over medium/high heat.
  2. Then, add ground beef, yellow onion, and minced garlic and sauté for 7-10 minutes or until beef is fully browned.
  3. Next, add pinto beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and maple syrup to the pot and stir to combine.
  4. Add spices and 1 cup of broth and stir to combine.
  5. Bring beef chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  6. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
