"Truthfully, I was never a fan of chili. I mean, I don’t dislike it, but it’s never been the first recipe I reach for on a cold night…until now. Since I’ve created this not-so-spicy version, it’s now a chilly night staple."

Ground beef or moose 2 lbs, 30 oz, 29 oz, 29 oz, 2t or less to taste, 2 cups, 3 medium (or 1 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes), 1/2 cup, 2 cloves, minced, 1 cup, diced, 3 T, 1 1/2 t, 2 t, Dash to taste
Chili beans
Tomato Sauce
Dark red kidney beans
Salt
Water
Tomatoes
Diced green chiles
Garlic
Red Onion
Chili powder
Pepper
Cumin
Red pepper

Directions

Brown beef or moose with salt, onion, chiles and garlic. Stir in spices followed by all other ingredients. Do not drain beans. Simmer over low heat or cook in crock pot for 2 -3 hours on low.
