Hearty Beef and Red Wine Chili
"This hearty chili was my granddad's favorite thing to cook on snowy weekends. Growing up in the midwest, we had many warm chili meals over the long, cold, winter!"

Directions
Add chopped onions and peppers to pot with olive oil, stir 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic, stir until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Add redwine and boil for 10 minutes.
Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste and all spices. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with your favorite toppings, cornbread, cheese, sour cream, green onions.
