Cooked Ham
Sweet Onion quarted
Jalapenos seeded and minced
Garlic cloves sliced
Can Diced Tomatoes
Black Box Pinot Noir
Bay Leaf

Chicken Broth low sodium


Ham Hocks and Bean Chili San Francisco Style



  1. Place beans in a large pot, cover with cold water and soak overnight.
  2. Drain beans and rinse. Place beans in large crock pot with all of the other ingredients. Adjust the amount of broth to cover beans.
  3. Cook on high for approximately 8 hours until beans are soft. Remove bay leaf
