Large onion
Garlic cloves minced
Ground Beef
Crushed Tomatoes
Diced Tomatoes
Kidney Beans (Drained))
Black Beans( Drained)
Pinto Beans (Drained)
Chili Powder
Smoked Paprika


  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Add ground beef and cook breaking it up with a spoon,until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes,diced tomatoes,kidney beans,black beans, pinto beans, chili powder,cumin,paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with your favorite toppings. For example ,Cheese, Sour cream , Jalepenos
