SEASONING MIX: medium hatch green chili powder 1/4 cup, 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon, 2 tbsp, 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, 1/8 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, 3-4 shredded chicken breasts, 2, 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon, 1 cup, 1 cup, 4 cups, 4 shredddd chicken breasts, 2 cans rinsed & drained, 3 tablespoons
Cumin
Smoked Paprika
Dried Oregano
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Sugar
Cardamom
Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
Shredded chicken
Garlic Cloves, chopped
Olive oil or Avocado Oil

Hatch Green Chili Sauce
Chopped tomatoes, canned
Chicken stock, reduced or no salt

Masa Harina Corn Flour

Directions

1. Add all the spices into a bowl including sugar & stir well
2. In a large pot or dutch oven with lids, add 2 tablespoons oil & heat over medium heat-high heat. Add chopped onion & sauté until softened. Add chopped garlic & sauté 2 minutes. Don’t burn either of them! 

3. Reduce heat to medium. Add 1 tbsp butter, melt it. Sprinkle over all of the spice blend & sauté 2 minutes. Moving around constantly to bloom & perk up the spices
3. Add chopped tomatoes & green chili sauce, mix well 1-3 minutes.
4. Add the chicken broth, shredded chicken & rinsed/drained white beans. Raise heat to med-high & mix well. 
5. Bring to a low boil & reduce heat to medium-low. Cover & let simmer 20-25 minutes
6. After 25 minutes stir in the masa harina 1 tbsp at a time to thicken slightly. Check if you need more salt or pepper.
7. Ladle in a bowl & Top with any of the toppings & you should try them all!! ❤️
