grandmas chili upgraded to have a kick

"This is my grandmothers recipe that was upgraded to have a kick. The jalapenos etc were not a part of her original recipe. However certain details like the colmans mustard and Worcestershire sauce were part of the family recipe that we have and all know. I am now the 3rd generation to proudly cook this chili in its new and hopefully improved form."

Directions

apply olive oil to pan and preheat for the meat, when heated properly add ground beef until almost cooked on both sides of the loaf allowing both sides to brown evenly. add onion garlic and jalapeno . then mix meat and vegetables together almost in a rough fashion

add all seasonings as well as diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and chili beand and let simmer until fully cooked and ready to eat, stir several times and turn the pan in different directions as you stir each time as nothing seems to cook evenly on the gas stove i have. make sure to mix in a rougher fashion then before . allow to cool somewhat and serve.

theres your chili, you may add saltine crackers as i do or just eat it plain like a frontiersman
