Dean’s Chili

Directions
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of ground chicken
- 1 box of frozen spinach
- 1 bag of small carrots chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- 4 celery stick chopped
- 1 green pepper
- ½ to 1 container of chopped mushrooms
- 6 full presses of garlic
- 1 cup of rinsed quinoa
- 1 can of red beans
- 1 can of cannellini beans
- 2 small cans OR one large can of dice tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth, add more if needed
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of hot flakes
- 1 tsp. of coriander
- 1 tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of all spice
- ½ tsp. of nutmeg
- 1 tsp. of rosemary
- 1 tsp. of turmeric
- ¼ cup of lemon juice
- ¼ cup of vinegar
Directions
- Spray PAM in slow cooker
- Cook low heat for 6 hours
On the stove
- Brown meat in pan in some olive oil, then put in slow cooker
- Brown chicken in pan with the garlic in remaining olive oil then put in slow cooker
- Cook low for 9 hours
- Stir once in a while
