1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, 1/2 package of chopped mushrooms, 1 can of tomato soup, 1/2 cup of water, sour cream, hot pepper flakes
2 cloves of garlic
can to tomato paste
! large can of chopped tomatoes and chiles
1 can kidney beans

Brown ground meat with onion and mushrooms. Add tomato paste, tomato soup and chopped tomatoes. Add 1/2 cup of water and red kidney beans. Add crushed garlic and a dash of hot pepper flakes.  Simmer on low for 1 and half hours. When finished add a dollop of sour cream, more onion, or cheese. Whatever your heart desires.
