4 – 28 oz cans Crushed Italian Tomatoes with Garlic and Basil
3 – 28 oz cans water
3 – 16 oz cans kidney beans
2 – 16 oz cans black beans (seasoned recipe preferred)
2 – 16 oz cans white beans
3 — 10 oz cans of Ro-tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 – 14.5 oz Hunts Diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
3 small cans of diced green chilies
2 medium onions diced
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb Johnsonville Italian Sausage
cooking oil as required for browning
3 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat with chopped onion in oil in the bottom of a large pot.  Add spices while browning.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 6 to 8 hours.  Stir occasionally to keep from burning.
Serve and top with shredded cheese and additional chopped onion (optional).
