Chili by the Roots

Ground pork 1 pound, 1 head, 18 ounces, 1 root, 1 root, 8 ounces, 2 cloves, 5, 2 tablespoons, 1 splash
White onion
Lima beans
Parsnip
Carrot
Diced green chili
Garlic
Small tomatoes
Sweet paprika
Chicken broth

Directions

Cook the ground pork in a soup pot; shred the onion, parsnip, carrot and garlic into the same pot as the pork browns. Once the root vegetables brown, gently mix in the lima beans, green chili, paprika and chicken broth. Simmer for about an hour, stir before serving. Good with sour cream, try substituting the pork with ground turkey.
