Chili

Beef | 1-2 lbs, 1 of each, By taste, A can of each, A mini can, A splash of each or both, A cup |
Vegetables of choice: shallot, garlic, jalapeño | |
Spices: fancy chili mix, paprika, salt, pepper, chili flakes, tumeric, garlic salt, cumin, | |
Array of beans: red beans, garbanzo beans, pinto beans, black beans, etc | |
Tomato paste | |
*Amino acids or worchesire | |
Beef broth |
Directions
Chop up your vegetables so they ready to go
Brown your meat on skillet and set aside in a bowl
Make use you drain the oil
Cool the onion and garlic down until the onion is translucent
Add the meat back
Add all the beans, it’s ok if some of the juice gets in
Stif in tomato paste and amino acids*
Add spices to taste
Slowly add the broth and let everything cook down
It can take 30 minutes or hours it’s up to you!
Top with desired topping like sour cream or mixed shredded cheese
Enjoy in a bowl, part of a frito pie, scoop up with chips, or on top of a hotdog. It’ll last a couple of days 🙂
