Ground Beef 1 lb, 1 tablespoon, 1 Large, 16 oz can, 10 oz can, 8 oz can, 1 tablespoon, 6 cloves, minced, 1 & 1/2 cups, 1 tablespoon, 16 oz can, 1/4 cup, 2 tablespoons, I teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, 2, 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil
Yellow onion (diced)
Red Kidney Beans
Diced tomatoes with chilies
Tomato Sauce
Tomato paste
Garlic
Beef broth
Brown sugar
Black beans
Chili powder
Cumin
Black pepper
Salt
Jalapenos, diced
Cayenne

Directions

Add olive oil, garlic, chopped onion and diced jalapenos to a large skillet, cook on medium high heat for 2 – 3 minutes Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 – 7 minutes. Drain the grease. Add all ingredients to a large pot. Mix well, put heat to high and wait until it starts to boil. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 20 – 25 minutes, uncovered. Stir occasionally. Serve hot!
