chicken 1lb cubed, 1, 2 tsp, 1 Tbl, 2 cans (drained and rinsed), 1 can, 1 small can, 1 diced (without seeds), 1 seeded and diced, 1/2 can, 1 tsp each, 1 Tbl, 1/2 Tbl, to taste, 8 oz
chopped onion
minced garlic
olive oil
Great Northern beans
Chicken broth
chopped green chillis
red pepper
diced tomatos
ground cumin & dried oregano
Chili powder
salt & pepper
sour cream


  • in a large saucepan saute chicken with onion, garlic, jalapeno, and red pepper in oil, add remaining ingredients and spices EXCEPT sour cream.  

  • Bring to a boil and reduce hit to simmer uncovered for 30 mins.  
  • Remove from heat and add sour cream.
  • Enjoy
