1 lb cubed beef 1 lb spicy sausage, 1 can red kidney beans drained, 3 med onion, 4 1/2 teaspn salt, 3/4 teaspn cayenne pepper, 3 tablespoon granulated sugar, 2 cups chicken broth, 2 1/2 cups beef broth, 1 5th Tennessee bourbon
1 lb rotisserie chicken (store bought)
10 oz sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic minced
1 1/2 teaspn pepper
7 1/2 tablspoon chili powder
3 tablespoon olive oil
6 tablespoons tomato paste
24 oz tomato sauce


marinade beef in Tennessee bourbon over night in refrigerator. add olive oil to large pot on med/high for 2 minutes add onion, garlic and mushrooms cook for 5 min. stirring occasionally. then add beef and sausage breaking up sausage with wooden spoon and stirring mixture 6-7 min. until meat is browned. now add Chicken, chili powder, cumin, sugar, tomato paste, salt, pepper and cayenne (optional) then add broth, beans and tomato sauce bring to a low boil then reduce heat to med/low and cook for 30 min. stirring occasionally. remove from heat and let chili rest 10 min garnish with Mexican cheese mix/sour cream, chips or whatever you prefer and enjoy.
