Black Box Blend Chili

Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the pot and brown it, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Once the beef is browned, add the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the red wine, beef broth, and diced tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the drained and rinsed black beans and kidney beans to the pot. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
Serve the red wine-infused chili hot, garnished with your choice of toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, or fresh cilantro.
