"My partner and I have been developing out chili recipe for about two years. Whenever we aren’t sure what we would like to make for dinner, whenever the weather gets a bit frosty or gloomy, whenever we need a hearty pick-me-up; we make our chili. Simmered and seasoned beef gets bathed in tomatoes and beans before reducing. It is then ladders into our bowls and topped with cheese and sour cream before filling our bellies and warming our hearts."
