Directions

Farm raised ground beef- 2 lbs
Kidney beans (1 can)
Small red chilli beans (2 cans)
Black beans (1 can, optional)
Diced tomato (1 can)
1 whole onion diced
2 tbsp of diced garlic
1/2 Green bell pepper diced
Adobo (2 tbsp)
Garlic Powder (2tbsp)
Italian seasoning (2 tbsp)
1 packet of sazon
Take a tbsp of olive oil to a pot and once heated add vegetables. Cook until translucent then add garlic. Cook for a minute then remove from pot and add ground beef. cook ground beef until browned, no need to remove excess grease as farm raised ground beef is very lean, if using other ground beef then remove excess grease. Once browned add vegetables back to the pot and add seasoning. Then start with the diced tomatoes, add the beans after. Season to taste and add 1-2 tbsp of adobo if you desire more salt. Add another 1/2 tbsp of Italian seasoning, (optional oregano 1/2 tsp). Reduce heat to simmer and let sit for 45 minutes stirring occasionally. 

Once done turn heat off, let cool down and then serve with sour cream, diced onions, and cheese. Or you can serve it on a bed of rice how my family enjoys it.
