Ground Beef 1 pound, 1 tsp, 15 oz, 14.5 oz, 1 cup, 2 TBSP, 1 TSP, 1 TSP, 1 TSP, 1 TSP, 1 TSP, 1/2 cup, 1 TSP
Salt and Pepper
(3) Can Dark Kidney Beans
(3) stewed tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
chili powder
Ground cumin
Dried parsley
Dried basil
Onion Powder
Worcestershire sauce


  1. Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off grease, then season with salt and pepper.

  2. Transfer beef to a slow cooker. Add kidney beans, tomatoes and bell pepper. Season with remaining seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to distribute ingredients evenly.

  3. Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 6 hours. Pour in wine during the last 2 hours.
